Polyamide

PA6

This extruded polyamide has good strength, impact resistance and damping behavior. Due to its production method, it has higher moisture absorption and is less dimensionally stable and wear resistant than cast polyamide.

APPLICATIONS: wheels, bearings, gears, hammer heads, cover strips
Colours: natural , black.

PA6 G

PA6G is produced by direct polymerization in moulds and has a partially crystalline structure. The high crystalline gives it excellent mechanical properties such as high abrasion and wear resistance and good hardness and stiffness.

APPLICATIONS: sheaves, gears, wheels, bearings, wear strips and plates, guide strips.
Colours: natural, black, blue

PA6G+OIL

PA6G+OIL is a normal PA6G with oil, solid lubrificant and stabilizer cast in. It has a fine crystalline structure with excellent sliding properties and wear resistance. Through the additives, PA6G+Oil also has built in self-lubrificating properties.
Applications: gears, bushings, slider pads, idler rolls.
Colours: black, yellow, natural, red, blue

PA6G+MoS2

The properties of the material are substantially comparable to those of PA6G. Through the additive molybdenum disulphide, a higher crystalline is achieved.

APPLICATIONS: bushings, wear strips, wear plates, guide strips.
Colours: black

PA6+30% glass fibre

Better mechanical properties due to the presence of glass fiber. Good thermal stability and low water absorption.

PA6.6

This extrude polyamide has good hardness, stiffness and wear resistance but worse impact resistance. The properties of PA66 are comparable to PA6G, however PA66 absorbs more moisture and is less dimensionally stable.

APPLICATIONS: Applications: gears, bearings, slider pats, guide strips.
Colours: natural, black
