HIGH QUALITY

PEEK

A partially cristalline high performance plastic with very good sliding and mechanical properties even under thermal load. Additionally, PEEK stands our due to its excellent chemical resistance.

APPLICATIONS: gears, bushings, piston rings, valves, wiper blades.
Colours: natural (RAL 7032), black.

PEEK Mod.

A partially cristalline high performance plastic with specifically improve sliding and through the addition of a solid lubrificant. The excellent properties of pure PEEK are not affected.

APPLICATIONS: gears, bushings, piston rings, valves, wiper blades.
Colours: black

PEEK + GF 30%

Properties and characteristics similar to PEEK, but a better strength due to the presence of glass fibers.

PPS

Rigid thermoplastic material, with good dimension stability. Suitable to operate to 230C° in continuous, low coefficient of linear expansion.

PSU (Polisulfone)

Amorphous high performance plastic with good mechanical strength and stiffness as well as good creep resi stance over a wide temperature range. Additionally, PSU has a high long term operating temperature, good dimensional stability and is hydrolysis resistant.

APPLICATIONS: spools, sight glasses, gasket rings, equipment housing, insulating joints.
Colours: natural (honey yellow, translucent).

PES (Polietilensebacato)

High technological material with dielectric properties and high temperature resistance. Low elasticity but with good traction resistance.

PEI (Polieterimmide)

Amorphous high performance plastics with high strength and stiffness as well as good creep resi stance over a wide temperature range. PEI also has a high long term operating temperature and good dimensional stability and is hydrolysis resistant.

APPLICATIONS: spools, sight glasses, gasket rings, equipment housing, insulating joints.
Colours: Natural, (amber, translucent).

PVDF (Polivinildienfluoruro)

A high crystalline, thermoplastic fluoropolymer with good mechanical, thermal and electrical properties as well as excellent chemical resistance. It has low density, good machinability and good dimensional stability in comparison to other fluoropolymers.

APPLICATIONS: pump parts, valve bodies & valve parts, seals, bearings, fixtures and fixture parts, construction parts in chemical equipment.
Colours: natural (white to ivory, translucent).
